The Emergency Operations Committee of Santa Cruz canton request Imo Oceanum's sea rescue program

Ángel Yánez Vinueza, mayor and president of the Emergency Operations Committee of the Santa Cruz canton, has sent a letter to Imo Oceanum with the following resolution:

To request IMO OCEANUM Foundation the implementation of the safety, salvage and rescue project for the Santa Cruz canton, including Baltra Island and Tortuga Bay beach
